Our Commitment to

Social Impact

At PMI NC Triad Chapter, we believe our work isn’t just about project management. It’s about making a positive, lasting difference in the community we serve.

Why It Matters

Project management is a powerful tool for change. PMI’s Social Impact programs show how applying our skills to real-world problems can uplift communities, strengthen nonprofits, and promote sustainability. By embedding social impact into projects from the start, organizations can deliver value not only to stakeholders, but to society at large.

For us, social impact is a commitment — not an afterthought.

🛤️ Our Greenways Initiative
We’re proud to have adopted sections of key urban greenway corridors in downtown Greensboro and Winston-Salem.
  • Greensboro Greenways: Maintaining pathways, planting native vegetation, trash removal, and beautification.
  • Winston-Salem Greenways: Similar stewardship efforts, serving communities, walkers, cyclists, and local wildlife.

These greenway projects allow us to engage physically in our cities, combining service, sustainability, and community well-being. They are open to everyone — members, friends, and families alike.

🧤 Join us in making our cities greener, one trail at a time!
