2019 NC Triad PMI Board Elections

Hello Chapter Members!

As many of you know, the NC Piedmont Triad PMI Chapter functions because of dedicated Volunteers. Volunteers are an integral part of our Chapter’s existence, and are foundational to our sustainability. These dedicated professionals are needed to provide all the various services our Chapter requires to remain active. We are also required to have an official Board of Directors (BOD), and take our commitment to leadership excellence seriously - following established election guidelines and processes outlined by PMI global.

Election time is a great time to express your interest in the Chapter and take a moment to participate as a volunteer BOD member and/or cast your vote in support of those interested in becoming a BOD member. As in any election process, our Chapter leadership represents the voice of our Members and functions to support and grow our membership community. 

This is also a unique opportunity to explore what the Chapter has to offer. Understanding our membership demographics, programs, services, and available opportunities allows you to broaden your knowledge, and provide meaningful feedback for increasing the value proposition of being a member with NC PTC.

This year, elections will take place in September via electronic ballot (administered by email from our PMI Global organization) for the following positions:

VP of Finance (2 year term - January 2020-December 2021)

VP of Marketing and Communications (2 year term - January 2020-December 2021)

VP of Programs (2 year term - January 2020-December 2021)

VP of Technology (2 year term - January 2020-December 2021)

President - Elect (3 year term - January 2020-December 2022)
