Phil is a PMI PMP®and an IBM Certified Executive Project manager, with nearly 30 years of experience working in various IT technical and leadership roles in architecture, application development and infrastructure management within IBM Global Technology Services.
As Client Partner Executive from 2012 through 2017, Phil was responsible for ownership of the infrastructure services, data center operations and cloud operations for macys.com and bloomingdales.com. The introduction of cloud infrastructure, process improvements, automation, devops and cloud management tools escalated transformation of his business model and the project management used to support Macy's.
Having been on the forefront of Digital transformation, Phil is now a Business Development Executive in the IBM Multicloud Management Platform Center of Competency, where he supports Digital transformations for IBM Client Teams and Clients around the world.
While this discussion will be IT centric, Phil will share relatable stories and applicable project management lessons from his real world experiences.
