Silvia Rodriguez is a Project Management expert, and eternal optimist, whose goal is to bring out the best in everyone she interacts with. She believes we’re all valuable, but we must remain hungry and above all, humble.
Silvia worked for small organizations, as well as fortune companies, before spearheading WeProject. Throughout her 19+ years in project management, Silvia has been known for her tenacity, energy, and positive attitude. Silvia’s innate soft skills and systematic approach have helped deliver complex multi-million-dollar projects in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
Silvia is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a member of the North Carolina Project Leaders Toastmasters club. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Project Management and an Associate of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering.
It has been Silvia’s pleasure leading cross-cultural cross-generational teams and hopes her learnings become golden nuggets for others in our field.
