Mac is the national lead for Organizational Change Management (OCM) at Insight Enterprises, a publicly traded global technology consulting firm, where he is focused on building out internal OCM capability, consulting for Fortune 500 companies, and evangelizing OCM.      

With 25 years of experience in PPM, OCM, functional management, and 500+ programs and projects under his belt, Mac is regarded as a transformational expert with a focus on people, process and technology.  He has held various roles within the Business, Product, and IT verticals, and understands the importance of a successful partnership and the role of a trusted advisor.  Mac’s goal is to help clients with measurable success of their programs via adoption.  

When he isn’t working, Mac enjoys spending time with his family, being active, reading, and playing chess.

Steve Brown

Steve is a certified change practitioner who has a passion for seeing that individuals understand and manage their way through change.  His pragmatic approach to problem solving with clients has allowed him to consistently drive results while moving through all three phases of change (prepare, manage, reinforce).  With more than 7 years of OCM experience and 15 years in PPM, Steve has assisted many organizations through their change transformations by applying his agile/project management and OCM expertise to hit the sweet spot for maximizing ROI.
