Description: Licensed psychologist, Dr. Ellen Nicola of Wake Forest Baptist Health, will explain the common challenges faced when working from home during this pandemic and psychological ways to better cope with your situation, stress, and particularly your self-talk. The first 30 minutes of lunch and learning will be a presentation and the remaining time will be an opportunity to comment and ask questions.

Learning Objectives:

- Assist project professionals in dealing with work from home challenges

- Encourage project pros in their mental health

 

Ellen Nicola

Presenter: Ellen Nicola, Ph.D.

Dr. Ellen Nicola is a licensed psychologist with Wake Forest Baptist Health in High Point, NC. She is part of an office of 8 therapists and provides individual psychotherapy and psychological testing to adults referred by their WFBH physician. Her career of almost 30 years is primarily in direct care services to adults in outpatient settings, but also includes administrative roles, past college teaching, and limited public speaking. She is a former Yankee from NJ who enjoys the NC beaches and mountains with her family since she moved to NC in the 1990’s.
