Speaker: Eric A. Aft, CEO of Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest NC

This past year we have seen up close the impact and the vital importance that food banks have in our communities. There is a lot that goes into sustaining our Food Banks. Eric will discuss how project management has been used to address hunger in our region. It has been used to organize food drives, volunteers, dispersing food and organizing various programs. In the spirit of supporting these kind of efforts, we will do the following:

1. All revenue from our chapter meeting fee will be donated to the Second Harvest Food Bank.

2. We will open the opportunity to participate in a virtual / in-person food drive. (Link to be provided.)

3. We will be participating in some hands-on volunteer activities in support of Second Harvest.
