Speaker Summary:

Mashhood Ahmed began his research into AI and Project Management in 2017 and has since spoken at numerous global conferences and events, sharing his expertise from New Zealand to Singapore, Africa to North America. In 2023 alone, Mashhood presented at over 15 events, reaching an audience of more than 15,000 project managers.

With over 20 years of experience managing multi-million-dollar projects worldwide, Mashhood currently runs a boutique consulting firm in Edmonton, Canada, and leads PMassistant.ai, a team developing next-generation project management solutions using AI. His achievements were recognized in April 2024 when he was named among the Influencers for AI by PMI/ProjectManagement.com and earlier nominated for the PMI Speaker Hub.

Mei Lin is a Microsoft CoPilot365 MVP and AI Champion with over 13 years of experience in project and program management. She is dedicated to promoting and educating project management professionals on the transformative potential of AI.

Mei has held critical roles at major organizations like Microsoft, where she empowered over 10,000 employees with user-centric solutions and led digital transformation initiatives. Her work also includes managing complex projects at Texas Capital Bank and the City of Plano, focusing on enhancing technology capabilities and building collaborative teams.

As a passionate leader and educator, Mei shares practical insights on AI transformation and leadership to support project management professional community.

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM	Mashhood Ahmed - Hands-on Exercise	Engage directly with AI. Watch Mashhood Ahmed demonstrate AI prompting and get hands-on experience yourself to see AI in action, focusing on project management tasks.
2:00 PM - 3:30 PM	Mashhood Ahmed - Ethics, Risk, Governance, Security, and Q&A Wrap Up	Explore the ethical considerations, risks, and governance issues related to AI in project management. Gain insights on navigating the complexities and securing AI applications in your projects. End the day with a Q&A session.

Participants will also gain insights into customizing AI solutions with Copilot Studio to meet specific project needs.
