From PMI Strategy on changemakers:

Embracing and expanding impact from project managers to all changemakers and knowledge workers to create ten times a positive impact on our society. More broadly, Changemakers are people whose job involves using the information to make impactful decisions to enable changes; those who proactively drive change and as such need project management skills. They might be PMs by profession or people who would never consider themselves project managers today. Changemakers tackle diverse global challenges and require a broad skillset with a foundation in project management alongside additional skills tailored to the need of these challenges.
